Google’s Referral Program has a new interface. After announcing that Google will stop all referral ads from Adsense, Google has incorporated DoubleClick to provide the entire affiliate network management & advertisements.

The current affiliate ad program under Google Adsense will be discontinued from September 2008 & Google has asked all the publishers to remove the affiliate ads.

The new referral ad program from Google is under the name of Connect Commerce.

Publishers are required to apply to the new Connect Commerce for reviewing & approving of the websites. Unlike in the past, where anyone could set up an Adsense account & start providing affiliate ads on their websites, the new Affiliate program calls for a fresh start.

It is our policy to fully review each site before approval into our network. If your site has not been approved, please feel free to re-apply after you have made the necessary adjustments to your site.

You cannot login with your Adsense ID unless you have registered with Connect Commerce with the same. But as with the Adsense program, Google does not have any minimum sales requirement for the new referral program as well.
