In a recent update from Twitter, they announced one of their first tools for business. This updates makes it possible to have one Twitter account owner to delegate the publishing responsibility to multiple sub-owners.
Business has used Twitter just like any other individual Twitter account holder so far. They sign up with a name & a Twitter ID & posted their 140 letters’ updates lust like you or I.
Now with this new update, members of an organization, each having their own Twitter account, can post on behalf of their business.

Matt Cutts have hinted at several places, interviews & at PubCon 2009 at Las Vegas that a website’s load time is now going to affect the Google Page Ranks. So far, Google had not paid attention to site’s loading time while assigning Google Page Rank, but with the new Caffeine search algorithm, websites that load faster will receive better ranking on Google Search engine.
