Write & Publish multiple blogs at the same time using Windows Live Writer

The Windows Live Writer is a free program provided by Microsoft Corporation that could help you design, write, format & publish the content (post) to multiple blogs simultaneously. This is an incredible tool if you are running many blogs and need to publish same or similar contents all at once in many of them. Over and above that, the commercial tools that do a very similar job could cost you over US $100 to buy. Live Writer is free!

You could download Live Writer from here . Once you install the program, it opens a default screen from where you can start posting.

The first step is to register all your blogs as individual Accounts within the Account option in Tools Menu. You register with your blogs URL, Login ID & password. Once you have set up, or if you have made any changes to your blogs URL, Login or password or even it’s look and feel, click on Update Account Configuration button for that blog. This feature reads in your blogs format and styles so that Live Writer can post your blog correctly.

If you have to post the same article in multiple blogs, just change the name of blog to the new one from the Weblog menu (Alt + W). You could use the View Weblog link on the top right corner to view your blog as soon as you are done posting!
